Collector Card Notice

Published product information indicates that 11 of the 12 commemorative cards are fixed, while the remaining card slot may be replaced by a mainland-China-exclusive numbered parallel card. A numbered parallel card is rare and is not guaranteed. Final artwork, specifications and contents remain subject to the manufacturer's final release information.

Option 1 — Locked Price: A$3,400 Total

• Fixed total price: A$3,400 for one complete sealed gift set.
• A$1,140 is charged at checkout.
• The remaining A$2,260 is scheduled to be charged automatically on 31 October 2026 using the payment method saved at checkout.
• This option guarantees your order allocation and locks the total product price at A$3,400.

Option 2 — A$570 Market-Price Deposit

• A$570 is charged at checkout to reserve one complete sealed gift set.
• This option does not lock in the final product price.
• No remaining balance will be charged automatically.
• When the product is ready, Tommy_Cards will confirm the final market price and send a separate Shopify Draft Order/Invoice for your review.
• You must approve and pay that invoice before dispatch. The A$570 deposit will be credited toward the remaining balance.

Release & Dispatch

• Expected manufacturer release: November 2026.
• Your order will be dispatched after stock arrives and the full balance has been paid.
• Release and dispatch timing may change because of manufacturer schedules, allocation, import processing or freight delays. We will provide updates if the expected timing changes.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded. If we cannot supply the product, you will be offered a full refund. If there is a significant delay or material change to the product, we will notify you and provide the remedies required by Australian Consumer Law.
